DROP OFF
- Drop items in the lower opening so that contents descend into the vault depository
- Envelopes & pens are available on the “pick up” shelf
- Drop any payment (e.g. cash, check, or money order)
- Drop any notices (e.g. Lease Renewal or Thirty Day Notice)
- Drop keys (please put them in an envelope and label them with the property address)
PICK UP
- Items to be picked up will be located on the top shelf next to available envelopes & pens
- Items will be in a clearly marked envelope (make sure to verify pick up is yours as there may be more than one)
- Pick up keys
- Pick up paperwork
